I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, condominiums, townhomes, and income property within the cities of Clearwater, St. Pete, Pasco County and the Greater Tampa Area.  I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I’m also very knowledgeable with the local schools.

Personal

I was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts.  Seven years ago along with my entire family, I relocated to Tampa, Florida.  I love the Florida lifestyle and all the opportunities that the Tampa area has to offer.  Wow, what a great place to call home!   I live, work, and play right here and have built my business on working with my friends and neighbors.
